What is an Apprenticeship?
An apprenticeship is a post-secondary learning pathway, comparable to college or university, with a focus on on-the-job training. Here’s why it’s a desirable option:
- 80% of learning happens at work, and 20% in the classroom
- Apprentices earn while they learn, gaining hands-on experience from day one
