Fresh, local, and powered by students — every week, SVSD students get to taste crisp, homegrown greens from our very own Growcer indoor farm located at the SVRSS. 馃尡

Thanks to our incredible Growcer crew, Tiger’s Café team, and dedicated student helpers, delicious salads are making their way to classrooms across the division — ready to enjoy! 馃ガ  Students across SVSD are discovering just how good fresh greens can be — even if they weren’t so sure at first! 馃槈&苍产蝉辫;Ok, so maybe we’re still working on 馃崊 tomatoes… But the rest? A hit. 

This initiative is supported in part by Kinsmen Feed the Future, and is all about building healthy habits, encouraging curiosity, and making nutritious food fun — one crunchy bite at a time. 馃挌  馃摙 “Is there any more salad?
